We checked in with several construction and security experts on the Treasure Coast for their advice on why summer is the most strategic time for everything from interior makeovers to outdoor upgrades.
For seasonal residents, summer is a natural time to start major renovations. “Many upscale condo developments in our area restrict interior work to the May through October timeframe,” reports Doug Stoll, controller at Darling Construction, in Vero Beach, Florida. “Since many of our clients return north in April, summer becomes the go-to window for kicking off these projects.”
